The story
Nulle Part Ailleurs, at Rue de la Gare 10 in Couvin, is a traditional French kitchen that earned the 2026 Michelin Bib Gourmand for good quality, good value cooking. The restaurant keeps classic terroir recipes and adds modern ideas, and its menus change with the seasons.
The Bib Gourmand menu costs 53 euros and offers a choice of starter, main course and dessert. Dishes include pressed guinea fowl with Chablis and gribiche sauce, and seared red tuna with gambas soufflé and tomato salsa. Dessert might be roasted pineapple with lime and coconut panna cotta. Gault&Millau awarded the restaurant 13.5 in 2026, praising the Corman brothers for their warm, elegant hospitality and the sommelier's notable wine list.
The bistro serves French classics such as cassoulet with duck confit, blanquette de veau and beef bourguignon cooked with Givry wine. Starters include smoked Scottish salmon and croquettes with Chimay cheese. Wines by the glass are chalked on a slate, and the wine list holds around 500 references.
Five guest rooms sit in the same building at number 12. They come as single, double or triple, each with a private bathroom and television. A single room is 80 to 85 euros, a double is 95 euros, and breakfast is 15 euros per person. The rooms are classed two épis.
