The story
Silo's is a brasserie in Boortmeerbeek, at Leuvensesteenweg 350, serving contemporary cooking in a former annex of the local malt house. Gault&Millau awarded it 13.5 points in 2026.
Chef Dieter Fleurinck leads the kitchen, which works with good raw ingredients in an honest, contemporary way. Seafood and meat both carry the menu, from tuna tartare with watermelon and ponzu to Dierendonk filet pur served with a sauce of your choice. A weekday lunch menu is served per table.
The monumental wine room stands in the middle of the dining room, where sommelier Dimitri Cuypers' selections are kept at proper conditions. Most bottles can be poured by the glass through the Vin au Verre system. Two covered terraces open when the weather allows.
