The story
't Stoveke in Beigem serves modern cuisine at Jetsestraat 52, 1853 Strombeek-Bever, and holds one Michelin star for high quality cooking (2026).
Chef Daniel and his wife Petra run the kitchen. They serve French fish and meat dishes with a contemporary, fresh touch, and the emphasis falls on light preparations. The restaurant occupies a building from 1900 in the shadow of the Heizel.
The card features light fish and meat dishes that change every month, so a return visit usually brings something new. A market menu at midday suits a shorter lunch. For a longer meal, the gastronomic four-course menu can be extended to five courses. A vegetarian menu is also available.
