The story
ABCD sits at Rue de Vencimont 1 in Sevry, just outside Beauraing, where the contemporary French kitchen earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2026 for good-quality, good-value cooking. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Friday and for dinner on Saturdays, with a four-star hotel on the same site.
Chef Borg Da Silva, of Portuguese origin and trained in France, leads the kitchen. The cooking is built on seasonal produce and regional ingredients, with precise technique applied to each plate. Gault&Millau awarded the restaurant 14.5 in 2026.
The tasting menu is served from 30 July 2026 in four, five or six courses, priced at €70, €85 and €100. Dishes on the current card include Breton lobster with grilled watermelon and gazpacho, veal sweetbreads with morel jus, and Bresse chicken with vin jaune sauce. A vegetarian opening course is built around tomato. A separate lunch menu at €45 runs on selected August days, with a wine selection available alongside each tasting menu.
The restaurant moved to a calmer, greener location surrounded by nature, with a view over a lake. The room is air-conditioned, and there is outdoor seating for warmer days.
