The story
Non Solo Tè is a small bistro at Riemstraat 2 in Antwerp, where chef and owner Joris Verbruggen cooks a short menu that earned 13 points in the Gault&Millau guide for 2026.
Verbruggen keeps the choice small: two starters, two mains and two desserts, plus a cheese option, as Le Fooding describes it in its 2026 listing. Gault&Millau praises simple food that is consistently tasty and built on quality products, and mentions gnocchi with guanciale.
The current menu lists smoked eel with beetroot and tabbouleh, ravioli with beech mushroom, haddock with cauliflower, beans and spinach, and duck breast with fennel and hoisin. Le Fooding singled out an impeccable crème brûlée. The bistro welcomes solo diners, families and larger groups.
