The story
La Brezza serves modern cuisine at Tschuggentorweg 1 in Arosa, inside the Tschuggen Grand Hotel, and holds two Michelin stars for 2026.
Marco Campanella runs the kitchen, and his starters arrive as small finger food. The puntarelle is a standout, with its bitterness removed and a mayonnaise that softens the winter greens. The main menu moves through langoustine with a light beurre blanc and bisque, and short rib ravioli served with warm toast to mop up the bordelaise sauce.
Gault&Millau awards the restaurant 19 points for 2026, praising the plates even though the dining room has no windows and an unusual interior. A fully vegan Moving Mountain menu runs alongside the classic courses. Vegan guests can also choose Albula potato gnocchi in place of meat ravioli, or roasted leek with vegetable sauce and herb oil in place of duck.
