The story
Spago at Marina Bay Sands serves Californian cooking with Singapore accents from Sands SkyPark, Level 57, Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Tower 2, 10 Bayfront Avenue. Forbes Travel Guide awarded it Four-Star in 2026, and the restaurant is led by Wolfgang Puck.
The executive chef has been based in Singapore since 2010, and the menu shows it. Pan-seared red snapper arrives bathed in a rich laksa, a curried coconut broth finished at the table. Small squares of foie gras sit beside kaya, the traditional coconut jam, on a breakfast-inspired toast.
Tony Chi designed the dining room as a luxe Asian colonial-style bungalow above the clouds. A private elevator takes guests up to views of the downtown skyline on one side and Gardens by the Bay on the other. Negroni and Manhattan fans can order by the carafe, and the Love You Long Time pairs Ketel One vodka with tangerine, Thai basil and sparkling sake.
