The story
Bros' sits at SS172, zona G, 59 in Martina Franca, where a contemporary Apulian kitchen earned a 2026 Michelin Bib Gourmand for good quality, good value cooking. Floriano Pellegrino and Isabella Potì run the restaurant, which keeps the warmth of a trattoria while cooking with a modern hand.
There is no fixed menu. The market and the season decide what goes out each day. Vegetables come from the restaurant's own garden and from local producers across the Valle d'Itria, so the ingredients are as close to the kitchen as possible. The photos on the site show tubetti with potatoes and sausage, a tartare dressed with Pozzoserpi oil, and vegetables and legumes cooked slowly.
The restaurant is housed in a traditional trullo, the whitewashed stone structure typical of this part of Puglia. A large garden surrounds the building, which suits couples, groups and a slower afternoon outdoors.
