The story
Tiger-Gourmetgastronomie, at Heiligkreuzgasse 16-20 in Frankfurt am Main, is a French kitchen inside the Tigerpalast variety theatre, and the Schlemmer Atlas awarded it 3 Kochlöffel in 2026.
Coskun Yurdakul leads the kitchen and has held overall responsibility for the Tigerpalast gourmet restaurant since 2017. He trained within the Tiger & Palmen group and has worked there for 27 years. The Schlemmer Atlas describes his cooking as modern, contemporary and cosmopolitan.
Dinner here is often paired with a performance, and the restaurant offers show and dinner packages. Guests are asked to dress smart casual, though there is no formal dress code. The gourmet restaurant is not reachable at street level because of stairs, so mention any mobility needs when booking. The house recommends the restaurant for guests aged 12 and over, and it does not offer a children's menu.
