Palatinate dishes appear on the menu all year and change with the seasons. The matching Palatinate wines are poured alongside them. In summer the tables sit under open sky, and in winter guests move to the crackling fireplace. The Schlemmer Atlas also noted this side of the kitchen with 1,5 Kochlöffel in 2026.
Large windows let in plenty of light, and on the opposite side the view runs across a big lake to the horizon.
