The story
Caféhaus Siesmayer is a Viennese-style coffee house at Siesmayerstr. 59, 60323, in Frankfurt am Main, directly beside the Palmengarten. The Schlemmer Atlas awarded it 1,5 Kochlöffel in 2026, citing its fragrant cakes, pastries and vegan patisserie.
The kitchen keeps the Viennese coffee house tradition alive. Fragrant cakes and pastries sit alongside fluffy Wiener schnitzel, so the menu reads as both café and full kitchen. Vegan patisserie is part of the same selection, which suits plant-based guests well.
Breakfast, a light lunch and afternoon coffee with cake are the three occasions the house is built around. Warm food is served until 17:00 on weekdays and 18:00 at weekends.
Guests can sit in the elegant interior or on the sunny terrace, which looks out onto greenery. The whole house can be booked exclusively for private celebrations for up to 160 guests, inside or on the terrace.
Step-free access runs through the guest rooms and the terrace, and the café is certified under the "Reisen für alle" accessibility standard. Dogs are welcome too, including assistance dogs.
